We accept returns of products purchased on our site within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and labels still attached. We cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear, jewellery or personalised products.

We will ask you to provide the necessary information, such as your order number, details of the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items.

3. Refund
Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will process the refund. The refund will be made using the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that the time taken to view your refund depends on your financial institution and may take a few working days.

4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs originally incurred to deliver items are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error by Picque Shop or a product defect. In the event of a return for these reasons, we will also refund the cost of postage.

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the problem and provide you with a full refund or replacement item.

7. Made-to-measure clothing
All products made to measure or personalised for the end customer cannot be returned and the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with art. 59 of the French Consumer Code (EU n. 2161 del 2019, Art 59)
