Controls

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

Once an order has been validated, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

However, rest assured that you have a withdrawal period of 30 days and the returns are free of charge for all orders delivered in France.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If not, please contact us at info@ladcouleurs.com
We will check that your order has been processed and provide you with information about your order.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

My order has not been updated for 3 days

First of all, please check whether your order contains an item that will be dispatched within 5 to 10 working days or a pre-order. You can find this information in your customer account under the heading "Shipping".My orders"Or visit our online shop. If in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us at bonjour@balzac-paris.fr.

I have not received my order

We will open an enquiry with La Poste in order to find your parcel and offer you the best solution. La Poste takes approximately 15 days to process an enquiry.

My parcel has been returned to you

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will contact you to confirm a new shipment.

I WISH TO RETURN MY ORDER

You have 15 days after the passage of your order to return an item. Please make sure that you keep the original packaging and label, and that it is not damaged or stained.

If you are returning your order in full, please return the complimentary goodie. Failure to do so may result in your delivery costs not being refunded.

Returns are free of charge in France and abroad.

Made-to-measure clothing
All products made to measure or personalised for the end customer cannot be returned and the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with art. 59 of the French Consumer Code (EU n. 2161 del 2019, Art 59)

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN

To download your return label, simply log in to your account and go to in the "Return an article. All you have to do is select the order and the items concerned. The label will then be sent to you by email.

If you are in the Paris regionYou can also drop off items in shop at 82 rue d'Hauteville for a refund or exchange.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return parcel has been received at our warehouses, you will receive an email confirming this. A new e-mail will then be sent to you as soon as the refund has been processed.

However, if you do not receive this second e-mail 10 days working once your parcel has arrived at our warehouse, contact us at info@ladcouleurs.com so that we can regularise the situation.
